RETURN POLICY
- - If you are not entirely satisfied
with your purchase please follow these guidelines to return
your merchandise:
- Merchandise in its original condition may be returned
for an exchange or a credit card refund. Your original credit
card used for purchase will be credited less shipping charges.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt purchase.
- It is suggested that you send your package insured and
tracked, as kalaia.com is not responsible for missing items
or packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- - For exchanges, please provide a
complete description of the item desired, including size
and color. If the item is unavailable, your account will
be credited and you will be contacted via email.
- Your approved exchange will not be processed until we
have received your original order.
- For remaining balances on exchanges your original credit
card used for purchase will be credited, less shipping charges
one week following the exchange approval.
